Middleman

This project is a unique office supplies brand that provides products and services with a gimmick of emojis translation to reduce misunderstanding and shrink the communication gap between generations in the workplace (Generation Z and Baby Boomers), including the most sustainable materials and experiences.

The results of this project have excellent potential. The products left the dullness of the office supplies and applied the transition of two generations' emoji with frolicking interaction. Moreover, the brand allows customers to experience several practical activities inside the store. This brand is about more than just translating the misunderstanding. It is also about raising environmental awareness using eco-friendly materials and introducing upcycling actions in office communities. The manufacture of paper produces tons of carbon dioxide emissions (Tiseo, 2022), so starting a green and imaginative office supplies brand can enhance the environment.

For future development, findings inform that focusing on the experiences can uphold brand relevance. So, the brand may develop more distinct ventures apart from the store experiences.
